Admission information
Admission at Book of Life Academy is based upon several factors. A satisfactory academic record (if applicable), a personal interview with the school administrator, school tour and completed admission materials including health inventory form issued by the State of Maryland Office of Childcare. An incoming student and parent(s) or guardian(s) must demonstrate the desire to be a part of Book of Life Academy by showing and accepting all school wide policy and procedures.

Achievement test scores (if applicable)
Completed Health Inventory Form
Emergency Form
Birth Certificate
Teacher or provider recommendation letter (upon request)
Extended day program
The extended day program exists to assist parents with childcare services beyond the regular school hours. We have both morning and afternoon care.
Morning Care:
Children in morning care are supervised from 7:00 AM - 8:10 AM. During these times breakfast is provided as well as music, books, puzzles and games, to occupy the children before the start of school. Breakfast items include: cereal, oatmeal, french toast, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, cheese, fruit, chocolate milk and orange juice. A breakfast menu will be provided at the beginning of each school year.
Afternoon Care:
Children in afternoon care are supervised from 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM. During these times snack is provided. Activities include a wide range of activities including: story telling, inside and outside free play, homework help, snack time, music, theme specific crafts, games and much more!
